Each day offers a blend of education and embodiment to support both your personal healing and professional growth: Gentle, accessible movement and breathwork rooted in choice, safety, and nervous system awareness—designed to help you reconnect with your body and regulate from within. Explore the language of the body—how to listen to it, how to speak through it, and how to guide others to do the same. These experiential sessions blend research, reflection, and real tools for therapeutic use.

Nourishment, Connection & Community

We’ll come together for nourishing, potluck-style meals that feed more than just your body. These shared tables become spaces of warmth, laughter, and community care.
