Thank you for supporting local!
Raising kids comes with its share of scrapes, headaches, fevers, stomachaches, sore throats, runny noses, and plenty of bug bites. I started making simple, natural products to help with all of that — made just for me, my children, and the pets — to keep the ticks and bugs away.
What I’ve learned along the way is how smell connects to our memories and feelings. Scent is one of the most powerful gateways to the brain. The olfactory system is directly connected to the limbic system—the part of the brain responsible for emotion, memory, and survival responses.
This is why a familiar smell can transport you back to a childhood moment or suddenly calm your entire nervous system. Using essential oils with mindful intention helps reconnect you to your body, regulate your emotions, and access deeper layers of healing.
If you’re looking for simple, natural ways to support your family’s health and wellness, I’m here to share what’s worked for us.
Hearts of Olmsted
A Community-Led Kindness Initiative
Click this link to fill out a short Google Form. Nominate someone who’s shown
kindness that counts or someone navigating a rough season who could use a
little light right now. Tell us why this person deserves a little extra love. You
can nominate as many people as you’d like. Your name is entered into the
raffle just for nominating! And here’s the best part—nominations roll over, so
no one gets left behind.
2. These special baskets are filled with thoughtfully chosen comfort items and
donations from local businesses.
3. Why are we doing this? I’m living proof that when the community comes
together in kindness, incredible things can happen. During a time when I needed
comfort the most, you showed up — donating every single one of my comfort items.
That act of generosity inspired me! Kindness doesn’t have to be grand. Sometimes,
it’s a warm smile, a helping hand, or a kind word that turns a whole day around.
Let’s keep being the community that shows up— with compassion, with gratitude,
and with love that leads. You’ve already proven that kindness lives here. Let’s
keep it growing. Love, Kelly

The Resilient Grove Podcast
Where Resilience Grows & Healing Blossoms
Grow through what you go through.
Your body is the soil. Your healing is the bloom.
We are all trees in a resilient grove shaped by storms, rooted in wisdom, rising toward the light.
Our growth adds strength to the forest around us.
This isn’t just a podcast—it’s a living metaphor. A grove is where trees grow together—intertwined, weathered, and wiser. That’s what this space represents: a gathering of resilient souls, rooted in lived experience, growing in community.
This grove is nourished by nervous system wisdom, trauma-informed tools, soulful storytelling, and holistic practices. It’s not about fixing—it’s about remembering. It’s not about perfection—it’s about presence. This space is where healing is allowed to be messy, beautiful, embodied, and yours.
Each episode is a path through the forest—rich with insight, rooted in body wisdom, and lit with the fire of resilience. We talk with healers, seekers, survivors, and visionaries who’ve turned pain into purpose and found strength in softness.
Are you a trailblazer in holistic wellness, a survivor with a powerful story, or a practitioner bridging the gap between trauma and transformation? I'm inviting changemakers, embodied leaders, and soul-centered humans to join me on the podcast for a conversation that matters.
This isn’t just another interview—it’s an opportunity to inspire, educate, and empower others through real talk, lived wisdom, and the kind of insight that leaves a lasting imprint. If you're ready to share your journey, your tools, your truth—and help light the path for others—let’s talk!
