Men’s Tune-Up Yoga Retreat
This retreat offers a weekend for men to breathe, move and recharge. Kelly and Heather will provide you with real-world tools for navigating stress, relationships, and the daily whirlwind of life. No flexibility or experience required—physically or emotionally—just a willingness to show up and try something new.
Move. Breathe. Learn.
We’ll be keeping the environment grounded and clear—no smoking, vaping, or alcohol. This time is about tuning up the body and mind. We’ll provide you with your supply kit, all the water, fresh sourdough breads and goodies, honey, nut butters and fruit spreads keeping everything nourishing, light, and easy on the body. Think of it as a cleansing reset for your system—nothing extreme, just real food that fuels real humans.
Nourishment, Connection & Community
We’ll prepare meals family-style, with everyone contributing ingredients and a set of hands in the kitchen. Just bring some of the basics: lean meats, fresh vegetables, fresh fruits, eggs, potatoes, healthier cheeses, and any clean, whole foods you enjoy. Expect meals that are chill, collaborative, and surprisingly fun—simple, clean, and grilled to perfection—reminding you how good it feels to take care of yourself. Share your favorite grilling seasonings, spices, or sauces. Firewood, campfire snacks and smores are needed too!
Scenic Nature & Space to Exhale
Pricing varies based on your style of lodging: shared beds and private rooms are available, so you can choose the level of comfort that works for you. The weekend also includes time for bonfires, soaking in the hot tub, hiking and the space to unwind. Clear out the mental clutter. Strengthen the foundation. You’ll head home feeling like a new man. And to the spouses: no need to worry about your guy this weekend. He’s in the hands of trained therapists, educators, and professionals whose entire mission is to send him back to you with more peace, more clarity, and a fuller emotional tank.

BONUS: The retreat is approved for 8 CEU’s for ALL Disciplines!
You hold space for healing every day. Now it’s time to hold space for yourself.
Restore your body. Reconnect with your purpose. Regulate your nervous system.
The Embodied Clinician is not just a yoga retreat—it’s a reclaiming. Designed specifically for physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists, this immersive experience blends trauma-informed yoga, embodied education, and nervous system restoration to support you, the clinician behind the care plan.
This retreat is for you if:
You feel the burnout creeping in despite your best self-care intentions
You want to integrate trauma-informed principles more deeply into your practice
You’ve forgotten what it feels like to be in your body while caring for everyone else’s
You crave connection—with yourself, with nature, and with a community of like-minded clinicians
Daily Trauma-Informed Yoga & Breathwork Practices
Each day offers a blend of education and embodiment to support both your personal healing and professional growth: Gentle, accessible movement and breathwork rooted in choice, safety, and nervous system awareness—designed to help you reconnect with your body and regulate from within. Explore the language of the body—how to listen to it, how to speak through it, and how to guide others to do the same. These experiential sessions blend research, reflection, and real tools for therapeutic use.
Nourishment, Connection & Community
We’ll come together for nourishing, potluck-style meals that feed more than just your body. These shared tables become spaces of warmth, laughter, and community care. This retreat gathers clinicians who understand the weight and wonder of the work we do. Here, you’ll find real conversations, kindred spirits, and the kind of support that doesn’t require you to explain yourself. We’ll create space for reflection, storytelling, and collective insight—because each person brings knowledge, experience, and perspective that enriches the whole. Come as you are. Be fed in every sense of the word. Leave feeling full.
Scenic Nature & Space to Exhale
Surrounded by scenic beauty, this retreat offers more than rest—it offers reconnection. Whether you choose a peaceful hike, a quiet paddle across calm waters, or simply sitting in the sun with your breath, nature becomes both your backdrop and your co-facilitator. From gentle outdoor adventures like hiking and kayaking to quiet moments of stillness, you’ll have the space to unwind your body, clear your mind, and truly exhale. Because healing happens when we return to the elements—and to ourselves.
