Learn skills to develop inner strengths, and defend against vulnerabilities. Protecting the body lends to a stronger mind. Practice being a little stronger, safer, and smarter.

All levels welcome, your own pace encouraged and please feel free to come late or leave early if your lunch hour conflicts. A few punches and kicks are better than no punches and kicks!
