It all started when…

Circle of Life Yoga was born from a thought Kelly had one day while driving. She wasn’t a yoga teacher, and had never done yoga but at that moment she understood her assignment. She completed her 200 hour training and began teaching to build a following, knowing her long term goal was to open a studio. After two years of teaching in various gyms, Kelly settled on Olmsted Falls. She and her two children live in Olmsted Falls, and attend Olmsted Falls Schools. Kelly wanted to be close to home, her kids, and their pets.

Kelly has dedicated her life’s work to learning and growing as a yoga instructor. Along the way she was certified in Yoga for Trauma, and completed her 300 hour yoga teacher training. Understanding trauma and how it impacts the mind, body, and soul has helped her on her healing journey, and it’s helped her to help others to heal.

With a strong foundation within the studio, and all of the amazing instructors and students to keep it alive, Kelly has been able to take time to branch off. She’s created and co-taught many different trauma and yoga programs. 200 hour yoga teacher training, 300 hour yoga teacher training, 500 hour yoga teacher training, Trauma-Informed Curriculum, Trauma-Informed Yoga Channel, Trauma Informed Yoga for the Ethical Lawyer, and Healing Together: A Holistic Approach to Trauma.

Kelly’s mission and the mission of the studio is to increase awareness and acceptance of yoga by making it accessible to everyone through a variety of styles and class offerings. She understands the importance of building a community. She believes in the physical, mental, and spiritual benefits of yoga, and her passion for yoga and healthy living can inspire everyone.
