6.14.19 - Finding a Sacred Space with Singing Bowls
6 PM - 7:30 PM
What is the impact of sound on the body and how is used to restore balance? Explore a path that helps to release anxiety and promote wellness using singing bowls, sound and silence. Learn how to use SINGING BOWLS, the benefits of doing so and grounding techniques to calm the mind. Techniques on releasing, relaxing and restoring energy flow will be discussed.
A SACRED SOUND RELAXATION BATH will conclude the workshop. Participants can choose to lie down in a savasana pose or relax in a seated position while the Certified Sound Vibrational Therapist plays a collection of singing bowls and an assortment of other instruments. Harness the vibrations of the bowls and discover the sacred space within.
6.16.19 - Sunday Candlelight Gentle Flow & Meditation
7 PM - 8:30 PM
A candlelight gentle flow yoga class with Kelly and Heather from Serene Intentions. Bringing together your inner and outer strength, the physical body of yoga connecting to your inner self. Facilitated session of mindful breathing techniques and guided visualization meditation.

6.21.19 - Kids Glowga Yoga!
6 PM - 7 PM
Parents drop off your child for an exciting glow in the dark kids yoga class. This fun class will explore energizing sequences, partner poses, and creative yoga games in the dark! Come dressed in your favorite neon colors and ready to paint your body for the ultimate glow yoga experience!
6.28.19 - Deep Yin & Yoga Nidra, with Reiki

In Yin Yoga as well as in Yoga Nidra and Reiki, we are exploring the concept surrender and release while we are opening up, working through layers of emotional history deep inside our tissues, muscles and cells and releasing emotional tension, freeing stagnant or blocked energy.
Join Laura Bender for a 75-minute class as she guides you through a deep yin practice with the use of a few props, poses held for several minutes each to work deep into our connective tissues, while providing the healing energy of Reiki. The practice will close with Yoga Nidra “Yogic Sleep” to release stress and anxiety and completely envelope the body into relaxation. This class will create a space of of healing, relaxation and rest. Treat yourself to these combined modalities and experience the ultimate healing practice for your body, mind and soul.
Bring water, a towel and yoga mat if you have one. Also, it is helpful to avoid eating a large meal approximately 1-hour prior to class time.
7.19.19 - Silent Asana
6 PM - 7:15 PM
No music, no talking, no cues, just breath and movement.
This is for the true yogi looking to focus only on the breath, transition into poses, and the connection to the mind and body through movement. Recommended for all who want to deepen their practice: experienced practitioners, students who want a start to their in-home practice, teacher trainees, and teachers! The class will be lead by visual instruction and transitions through the series will be indicated through a single Tibetan bowl chime.
The moment you walk in, you will be greeted with silence. Sign in advance or sign your name on a sheet when entering for attendance as communication will not take place until after practice has ended.
