4.13.19 - Ayurveda Spring Healthcare Workshop

“Spring” into Seasonal Self-Care and Health Guidelines: Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall – each season comes with its own sense of wonder and challenges. Our bodies, mind and attitudes change along with each season.
This workshop covers the changes that springtime brings into our lives and how to adapt appropriately to our climate and maintain harmony throughout spring with diet, exercise, and holistic care that is tailored to what spring means to us and brings into our life.
4.14.19 - Family Yoga
5 PM - 6 PM
Come strengthen family bonds and create togetherness with a yoga class that’s specially designed for the entire family to benefit and enjoy. Yogis of all ages and abilities will share in the joy and peace that a complete yoga practice can provide. We will stretch and strengthen our minds and bodies through movement, songs, and yoga activities designed for the whole family.

4.14.19 - Sunday Candlelight Gentle Flow & Meditation
7 PM - 8:30 PM
Join Kelly for a special Candlelight Gentle Flow Yoga class followed by Guided Meditation with Heather from Serene Intentions. Bringing together your inner and outer strength, the physical body of yoga connecting to your inner self. Facilitated session of mindful breathing techniques and guided visualization meditation.

4.26.19 - Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra or Yogic Sleep is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping creating total relaxation for your mind and your body. The practice of Yoga Nidra has been found to reduce tension and anxiety through relaxation.
Each Yoga Nidra session will begin with a few basic yoga poses designed to help clear your mind and relax your limbs. During the second portion of the Yoga Nidra you will relax on your yoga mat while being supported by props and blankets for comfort. In your relaxed state, you will be gently guided through a series of visualization instructions creating the deepest possible state of relaxation while maintaining full consciousness. The class will end with a soft awakening and awareness of your session.
Bring water, a towel and yoga mat if you have one. Also, it is helpful to avoid eating a large meal approximately 1 hour prior to class time.
4.28.19 - Kids Yoga 6-week Series
April 28 - June 2
Join Julie as she leads this amazing series for kids! Children will learn all about yoga through yoga poses, group activities, and relaxation time. This mindful movement class will help develop life skills while boosting children’s self confidence and self-esteem in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. Through practice of yoga poses, songs and cooperative games, children will get strong and centered as well as learn to focus their breath to help calm down in addition to other strategies to help with their emotions.
Cost: $60 for 6 weeks
5.3.19 - Core POWER Hour (and a half) - 90 minutes
6 PM - 7:30 PM
Let’s fire it up! This will be a vinyasa-style class focused on core-strengthening poses. Music and mood will be high energy. The practice will be about an hour and fifteen minutes, finishing with restorative poses.
This special class will be offered the first Friday of every month.
Bring water, a towel, and a great attitude!

The New Moon Gong Experience promises to open up the participants to the fertile grounds within. Kelly Patrick and The Circle of Life Yoga are providing the beautiful platform that will allow us to feel the the vibrations of the gong. We are grateful for the creation of a safe and comfortable space for transition and transmutation.

Join Julie for a special Mother/Daughter Yoga and Craft Class.
Spend time bonding together with a basic parent/child yoga class followed by an essential oil lotion making session with goodies to take home!

5.12.19 - Relax & Restore Extended
6 PM - 8 PM
Relax and Restore, Extended is a 2 hour Restorative/Yin blended class added with aromatherapy hands on assist, candlelight, and soft music to help you fully relax and surrender.
This class will focus on relaxing the body and mind, letting go of stress and tension, and tuning into the power of the breath. Each pose is held for extended periods of time and paired up with the use of blankets, bolsters and blocks to help you feel fully secure and comfortable, letting the body and mind naturally release.
This class provides an environment to achieve total relaxation, renewal, and healing. Treat yourself and experience the sweetness and power of Restorative yoga to bring you peace, calmness and relaxation. An all level class. No prior experience necessary.

The Universe provides guides that help us on our journey through life. For years, ancient cultures have been attuned to these guides and versed in the messages that they were delivering. How do you find your spirit animal? Is it always the same or do they change over time? How do you recognize that the words from a stranger may be the message you are looking for? When does this apply to your life? What does it all mean? As we move through the world, different guides appear to us at different periods to help us navigate our path. In our busy lives, most people move through their days without recognizing the things that surround them. When we learn to become fully present, the Universe speaks to us. If you moved into a new home and walked by a praying mantis, was it just a coincidence or could it mean something else?

Hi yogi friends and running friends! Yoga For Runners is back this spring! Join Melissa Bristow 6x marathon runner and Yoga Instructor for a 90 minute class built around stretches, strengthening , breath work, muscular endurance and meditation geared toward the runner . Whether you are a yogi practitioner, runner, beginning again , just beginning , gearing up for a spring training , feeling the need for some maintenance or motivation...you are sure to get it all in this class!
