We begin on the ground warming up our body working toward standing poses. Once standing we work to stretch all of the muscle groups everyone tends to over use & abuse during our daily routines at home or work. Some poses are held longer with or without the use of blocks/straps & encouragement & cueing for proper breathing allowing complete relaxation. Cooling down the body is a must as we move back to the ground for poses, movements, and stretches to relax the body, mind, & soul allowing the ultimate savasana experience.

This class balances ease and effort helping you to meet your body, mind and soul in the present moment, without judgment, letting you know that you are exactly where you are supposed to be.
